- OFFEROR READ THIS INFORMATION FIRST BEFORE SUBMITTING AN OFFER NOTICE TO OFFEROR This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26324Q0218 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06 dated 11/06/2023. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be listed as verified in SBA VetCert database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov and verified and active as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting NAICS code 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The PSC Code is 6520 Dental Instruments, Equipment and Supplies. The VA anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Brand Name or Equal Contract for thirteen (13) - Dental LED Curing Light 3M Brand or Equal 3M Elipar Deep Cure-S Curing Light LED P/N: 76976, to support the Saint Cloud VA Medical Center. Questions must be received by 12/19/2023, 10:00 AM CST. Offer Due Date: Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by December 21, at 10:00 AM CST Central Time.
