- Good afternoon, The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of lead acid batteries at Naval Base Point Mugu. This is a Government Sale. If interested, please open the attached sales bid solicitation, complete and return to the QRP office. Ensure the solicitation is completely filled out to include a name, signature and date. Most importantly, enter your company's offer on page 1. Send your bid to Chris Dominguez and/or Jose Amuchastegui via fax at 619-556-9018 or email christian.dominguez.naf@us.navy.mil. Bid must be received no later than December 20, 2023 at 12:00 PM-Pacific Time.
