Description

General. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT and is for informational/market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTE, BID, NOR A SYSNOPSIS OF A PROPOSED CONTACT ACTION UNDER FAR SUBPART 5.2. This potential requirement is not to be construed as a contract by the Government to procure supplies/services or for the Government to pay for the information received.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow up information requested. Consequently, no solicitation is being issued currently. Therefore, no award will be made because of providing this information. The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Rock Island District, Contracting Division is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify vendors capable of providing Pesticide Application Services according to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipate this action if pursued would be a firm fixed price contract with option periods under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items/services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is all or none, meaning offeror must have the ability to perform all action of the requirement as stated in the PWS. Repair Descriptions: Reference the attached PWS for a detailed description of the required service.
