Description

Invitation for Bid (IFB) 36C77623B0012 for the CLC Phase 2 (Minor) Construction project at the Big Springs VA Medical Center is hereby cancelled in its entirety. This cancellation is a direct result of budget funding constraints. All bids received exceeded the statutory minor limit and no award could be made. VHA Procurement Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) will not be the Contracting Office concerning any re-procurement of this project. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 will determine the procurement strategy for any re-procurement. All future inquiries concerning the re-procurement of this project shall be directed to their office.
