Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source with Joint Commission Resources for Accreditation Subscription Services The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit, located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate a single source award to VENDOR NAME: Joint Commission Resources, 1515 W 22nd ST STE 600, Oak Brook, IL 60523. The period of performance begins on January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024, and four (4) option years if exercised IAW FAR 17.205 Documentation.� NAICS NUMBER 813920, DESCRIPTION: Professional Organizations, with a small business set aside standard of $23.5 applies.� The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. �Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
