Description

SPECIAL NOTICE:� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District will be soliciting proposals for the new construction of a collocated Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) and Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) at Camp Pendleton, California.� As part of the construction contract, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirement: Brand Name Sole Source � Itron Poly Digital Electrical Meter is the required equipment to be compatible for the electrical installation and connection of the newly constructed facility through San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), which is the cognizant Utilities Privatization (UP) System Owner (SO) for Camp Pendleton. ***This is NOT a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any�interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they�may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this�Special Notice.� All information furnished must be in writing and must�contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the�interested party can perform the requirement described herein.*** All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be�considered by the agency.� The submission must be received no later than�2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 05 January 2024 to Bonny.C.Dylewski@usace.army.mil.
