- OFFEROR READ THIS INFORMATION FIRST BEFORE SUBMITTING AN OFFER NOTICE TO OFFEROR This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26324Q0180 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06. This solicitation is Unrestricted under NAICS code 621910 Ambulance Services with a small business size standard of $22.5M. The PSC Code is V225 Transportation/Travel/Relocation Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Ambulance.. The VA anticipates the award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Base + 4 Option Year Contract for Ambulance Services to support the Omaha VA Medical Center. See Statement of Work (SOW) . Solicitation Questions. All solicitation questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Jesse Sweesy at jesse.sweesy@va.gov. Questions must be received by 12/28/2023, 10:00 AM CST. Offer Due Date: Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by January 9, 2024 by 10:00 AM CST Central Time. Quotes shall be emailed to jesse.sweesy@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in full by the Contracting Officer prior to the solicitation closing date and time.
