Description: Please see attached statement of work for additional details It is the intent of the Kansas City VA Medical Center, (herein afterwards referred to as KCVAMC) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the reagents and consumables required to operate the Agility and DSX analyzers.� The Government will award a multiple vendor BPA for Agility and DSX reagents and consumables.� Additional reagents may be added to the BPA as new technology becomes available on the market. Additional VISN 15 facilities may be added if testing requirement change within VISN 15.
