- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for five (5) Registered Nurse (RN) for the Ambulatory Care Department. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for Base Period for six (6) months with one (1) Option Period of six (6) months. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 � Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34M.� The Request for Quotation No. IHS1484276 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 27, 2023.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. The acquisition is set-aside for Indian-Owned Small Business.
