Description: DLA J355 Strategic Plans and Futures is considering expanding and/or altering its contract proposals to some suppliers in order to permit DLA to lease such suppliers� technical data packages (TDPs). The intent is to allow DLA to contract with third-party suppliers for production based upon those TDPs in cases when the TDPs� owners cannot meet DLA�s full demand.
