Description

Amendment 001 This amendment updates the Product Service Code to�Q301 - Laboratory Testing Services and updates the SOW to redact the CLIA information to be available to awarded vendor.�� End of Amendment.� The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the College of American Pathologists, 325 Waukegan Rd, Northfield, Illinois.� The company shall provide Laboratory Compliance Testing Services for Crow Service Unit Lab Departments at Crow, Lodge Grass and Pryor Clinics. For example: �Laboratory Testing Supplies to ensure compliance for the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency; Lodge Grass; and Pryor, Montana. � This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.� Firms that believe they can provide the services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 4 days of the publication date of this notice.� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is�within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.� The Duration of this award shall be One (1) Base Year with Four (4) Optional Years.
