NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE � CLEAR ALIGN � CBP RVSS-L CLEAR ALIGN Z600 MWIR CAMERAS WITH HOT DETECTORS NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent of the FAA to pursue a single source contract award process for this requirement to acquire from Clear Align, the procurement of (17 ea) Z600 MWIR (50-600mm Continuous Zoom) Standard Definition Hot Detector cameras. The FAA authority for single source procurements is provided by the FAA�s Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy section 3.2.2.4. Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures: Clear Align is the only known source that can provide the required procurement of (17 ea) Z600 MWIR Camera (50-600mm Continuous Zoom) Standard Definition Hot Detector and satisfy the requirement within the needed timeframe.
