- The Purpose of this amendment is to notify all interested parties of a scheduled site visit and to extend the response time to allow for the site visit. A site visit has been scheduled for 0900 on 01/10/2024. Please meet in the lobby at 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106-1702 no later than 0900. This will be the only opportunity for a site visit. Any questions generated during the site visit should be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Christopher A. Callihan by email at christopher.callihan@va.gov. All questions shall be submitted by 15:00 local time on 01/17/2024. The response period has been extended until 15:00 local time on 01/24/2024. No other changes to the terms and conditions have been made.
