- THIS IS AN OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN SOLICITATION. ONLY VENDORS proposing CANNON LOAD BANKS, INC (0GHG1) P/N L-63 WILL BE CONSIDERED under PR number 1000178945 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year BASE with 1 3-year options for CANNON LOAD BANKS, INC (0GHG1) P/N L-63. NSN: 6150-01-631-3247, LOAD BANK ELECTRICA; COMMERCIAL OFF THE SHELF (COTS) NO SURGE REQUIREMENT NAICS 334515 Required delivery is 140 days.� Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 48 each.� The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. ����������������������� There will be a 3-year base with no option, for a total of three years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 19 January 2024.
