There has been no change to the proposal due date.� The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: Location Information: City, State:�Huntingdon, PA County:�Huntingdon County Delineated Area: (See attached map for reference) North: US-22/PA-305 to PA-305, SR-1006, SR-1009 to SR-1009/PA-26 East: ��SR-1009/PA-26, Gorsuch Rd., Stone Creek Ridge Rd., School House Hollow Rd to School House Hollow Rd/US-22 South: School House Hollow Rd/US-22 to US-22, Fairgrounds Rd., PA-26 to PA-26/SR-3039 West:�� PA-26/SR-3039 to SR-3039, US-22 to US-22/PA-305 Space Information: Minimum Usable Square Feet (ABOA):�4374 Maximum Usable Square Feet (ABOA):�4593 Maximum Rentable Square Feet (RSF):�5249 Space Type:�Office and Related Space Parking Information: Reserved Parking Spaces for Government Vehicles:�3 Reserved Parking Spaces for Visitors:�13 Non-reserved Parking Spaces for Employees (for use at no charge to the Government):�13 Term Information: Full Term:�10 Years Firm Term:�5 Years Termination Rights:�120 days in whole or in part, after the Firm Term Option Term:�None Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous. Pull through parking for customer trucks with trailers. Drives, access roads, and parking lots must be able to accommodate trucks with trailers entering and leaving the site. USDA requires a rolling file system (high density storage) to be installed within the space. The space structure must have the ability to support, or be retrofitted to support, a rolling file system. This USDA office location provides Government services to the public. Space must be zoned for this type of use. The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building, or in a building to be constructed for the Government�s use. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government�s intended use. A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space and sites shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Additional parking spaces may be located on-site and/or within 1/4 of a mile of the premises, pedestrian accessible. Preferred first floor, contiguous space that meets accessibility requirements. Free space will not be accepted. Sub-leases are not allowed. This procurement will require the Lessor's provision and installation of site prep work for Government owned and installed Level 2 Dual-port Electric Vehicle Charging Station. Lessor is responsible for infrastructure (wiring, meter, breakers, site pad, bollards, and signage) ONLY. USDA has their own vendor to supply and install the actual charging station, not related to this lease. Any locations where the USDA office will remain in place will be required to provide phasing space to enable full Government functionality during renovations. Timeline Information:� Initial Offer Due Date:�2/9/2024 Lease Award Date (Estimated):�8/8/2023 Any submission received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received.� This documentation must be received on or before the due date for Expressions of Interest. In cases where an agent is representing multiple entities, written acknowledgement/ permission from each entity to represent multiple interest parties for the same submission must be submitted prior to the Expressions of Interest due date. To submit an offer in response to a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP), the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov. �SAM registration will be a minimum requirement to submit a formal proposal in response to the RLP.� It is strongly recommended that potential offerors register, verify, and/or renew their SAM registration on SAM.gov as soon as possible.
