Description

This Screening Information Request (SIR) is for the Federal Aviation Administration�s Contract Tower Program (FCT).� Through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Contract Tower (FCT) Program, the Federal Aviation Administration acquires support mission critical and time sensitive air traffic control activities at approximately 264 Visual Flight Rules (VFR) airports throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Saipan. The FAA has a seven-year requirement, on a competitive contract basis, to provide air traffic control (ATC) services. There are ten (10) Areas, with Area Sub-Area 2-TEME and Sub-Area 2 TETL, being set Aside for Small Businesses. Furthermore, Sub-Area-2�TETL is set-aside for a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
