- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is F3G4BA3321AW02. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, effective 2 June 2023. 3. This requirement is solicited 100% Small-Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code 531130. 4. Below is the contract line-items are listing in Attachment 1 Price List. 5. The 99 Medical Support Squadron requires rental of five (5) 40� portable storage containers to be delivered to Mike O�Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis AFB for twenty-four (24) months after receipt of order. �Storage containers will be utilized to temporarily store excess construction materials that cannot be left outside in the elements. Performance Start Date: 30 Days ADR Delivery/Ship to Location: Nellis AFB, NV� 6. Place of performance is Nellis AFB, Nevada, and inspection and acceptance is FOB destination. 11.
