- The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement for CUWiP as listed in the attached Solicitation# W911SD24R0052.� The Federal Government now requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers.� Quotes will not be accepted unless we receive a completed and signed / dated SF1449 to go with your own company quote (no exceptions).� The requirement period of performance� is from�19 January 2024 to 21 January 2024, please read the Specifications and Evaluation�on solicitation document.� The SF1449 must be completed as follows: �� Fill in Block 12, 17a, and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract)���� Fill in� Block 30 a / b / c� (**must be SIGNED/DATED; can't accept quote w/o signature***)� Provide�Unit Price, Overall Amount for Line Item 0001 Fill in Clause 52.204-26 (fill in applicable slots)������ Fill in Clause 52.212-3 (fill in applicable slots) RFQ is considered ""completed"".��
