- Issuance Date:������������������������ January 16, 2024 Deadline for questions:���������� February 6, 2024 Closing Date and Time:��������� February 20, 2024, 10:00 Chisinau time Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 72011724Q00001 Procurement of audit engagement services to conduct an attestation engagement (Professional Examination Engagement) and compliance audit of direct budget support (DBS) provided to the Government of Moldova Dear Prospective Offerors: The United States Agency for International Development Mission to Moldova (USAID/Moldova) seeks to procure the services of a qualified audit firm to conduct an attestation engagement (Professional Examination Engagement) and compliance audit of direct budget support (DBS) provided to the Government of Moldova. You are invited to submit a quote in accordance with the requirements of the attached Statement of Work. This procurement shall be conducted using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. USAID anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Oral instructions, answers or guidance from any USAID source prior to the award shall not be binding. Questions regarding this solicitation and quotation (in English) must be emailed to moldovaoaa@usaid.gov, icernea@usaid.gov, dprodan@usaid.gov, sjohnson@usaid.gov and etakahashi@usaid.gov no later than the date and time specified above. Your submission must comply with all RFQ requirements as described in the Instructions in Section II. Please see the following attachments for a list of provisions that apply to this request for quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the USAID/Moldova, nor does it commit USAID/Moldova to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of a quote. Furthermore, USAID/Moldova reserves the right to reject any offer if such action is in the best interest of USAID/Moldova. Additionally, Offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) by visiting the following site https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ and obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number by using the online web form at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration.
