Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. (iv) This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 321999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. (iiv)� 52.212-2 Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) (Provision) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: COLOR AND BEST VALUE. Description of Requirement: Contractor will furnish requested supplies and arrange for delivery. Items include: Metal Picnic Tables; An 8-foot metal, rectangle shaped picnic table. Table should be brown in color; Estimated delivery date set within 60-90 days of contract being awarded.
