- 36C25224Q0147 CONTINUATION PAGES AMENDMENT 0004 SITE VISIT: It is strongly suggested and expected that the offeror inspect the campus to be serviced to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. In no case shall failure to inspect the campus constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 29, 2024, AT 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME AT JESSE BROWN VAMC, 820 S. DAMEN AVENUE, CHICAGO, IL 60612. SITE VISIT PARKING IS LOCATED AT 2105 W. OGDEN AVENUE, CHICAGO, IL 60612. OFFERORS POINT OF CONTACT FOR THE SITE VISIT IS THOMAS HULL. UPON ARRIVAL AT 820 S. DAMEN AVENUE, SIGN IN AT THE FRONT DESK AND ALERT THE CLERK TO PLEASE CALL ENGINEERING AND INFORM THOMAS HULL YOU HAVE ARRIVED FOR THE SITE VISIT. RFQ QUESTIONS: In order to maintain the integrity of this solicitation and subsequent award date, all offerors are advised that any question and answer requests must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer Laura.Broacha@va.gov no later than WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31, AT 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME. Contracting will issue a consolidated response via a solicitation amendment within 1 business day to all parties.
