Description
AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to relevant questions received from industry. The questions and responses are as follows below: Q1: Will NUSTL be procuring the drones for test and evaluation, or are you requesting that the drones be sent at no-charge? If NUSTL intends to procure the drones, how will they be procured? A1: The Governments intention would be to procure the required drones through one, or more, contractual awards if a solicitation is issued. Q2: Will NUSTL allow for a manufacturer's representative to be present for the drones' test and evaluation? A2: Only Government and first responder evaluators will conduct test and evaluation activities for this program. The Government reserves the right to invite drone manufacturers to attend the assessment event to observe the testing and evaluation process. If invited to the assessment events, manufacturers will not be permitted to participate directly test and evalauiton activities. Q3: The posting shows Anticipated Delivery Deadline: Friday, March 8th 2024 .. is this due date for the drones to arrive to NUSTL?
