- The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Fluke Electronics Corporation for the procurement of the following items: All labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management necessary to provide servicing of the following Electronic Deadweight Tester. To include servicing and calibration,.� CLIN 0001: Fluke Repair(2 Each) This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. Fluke Electronics Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and has confirmed no authorized third-party distributors for this equipment. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm�s technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this equipment. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to Notice ID FA4877-24-Q-A137 by Friday, 26 Jan 2024, 12:00pm MST to Adam Lynn via email at�adam.lynn@us.af.mil�, phone (520) 228-3038 and Jonathan Turk via email at�jonathan.turk@us.af.mil.�Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
