- Solicitation W911SA24Q3054 will be issued on Friday, 19 January 2024 and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for grounds services at MIlwaukee, Wisconsin.� The performance period is 1 March 2024 (or subsequent date) to 28 February 2025 with four (4) 12-month option years to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to courtney.l.davis65.civ@army.mil. It is the contractor�s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time.� As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.� The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. CST Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged.� Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments.� Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.� The purpose of amendment one (1) is update Attachment 1- Price Schedule � CUI and to clarify the site visit date and time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The site visit will be held on Monday, January 29, 2024 @ 10:00 A.M. local time.
