PR No: 7005750272.� This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for HOUSING SECTION, NIG. This solicitation is for an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract.� The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5585-01-609-6204 Approved Sources: L3 TECHNOLOGIES INC., CAGE 0B107, P/N 0FM-2300-A1 Quantity:764 Each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin Delivery Days ADO: 201 Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will not be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� A 100% Quantity Option will not apply.� A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received.� The anticipated issue date is on or about February 8, 2024.� The anticipated award date is April 8, 2024. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
