W91QF4-24-Q-0007 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation �Military Correctional Complex (MCC) Health & Welfare Items (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation W91QF4-24-Q-0007 (iii)� Is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iv)� Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clausesin effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 dated January 22, 2024. (v)� NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 311919, Other Snack Food Manufacturing with a size standard of 1250 employee (PSC of 3605 Food Products Machinery and Equipment). An Offeror must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award could be made to them. If a company is not registered in SAM, they must do so by going to SAM web site (https://www.sam.gov) and registering prior to submission of a proposal.
