Description
This is a Sources Sought notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Immediate Office of the Director (IOD), is seeking a contractor to provide a User Testing Platform for CDC Digital Evaluation, which would include a combination of unmoderated short user tests, unmoderated standard user tests and moderated user tests and would include panelists from the platform�s Contributor Network. This would allow CDC to ensure its digital products and services meet user needs and provide UX staff data and insights to inform effective health communications across CDC�s key audiences. � The evaluation tool shall meet the following needs: Provides easily accessible built-in panelists to serve as user test participants Ability to perform a large assortment of user tests including task-based, 1-click and preference testing without requiring testing on development servers or using custom JavaScript on CDC.gov Capture user screens and comments as participants complete evaluation activities Allow user testing on desktop and mobile devices Ability to quickly consolidate data from completed studies and provide quick insights Code videos and create transcripts so they can quickly be reviewed by UX staff The User Testing Platform should include: Usage of the tool The ability to use panelists from the platform�s Contributor Network (to include consumers and healthcare professionals) Ability to develop the following user tests using panelists from the Contributor Network: 930 panelists for short tests 3,330 panelists for standard tests (15-30 min) 527 panelists for moderated tests (30 min) 6 creator seats with unlimited viewer seats for collaboration Ability to change/edit header text on screens as needed It is anticipated that the Period of Performance of this contract will be from February 26, 2024 to February 25, 2025. Please refer to draft Statement of Work for more details. Capability Statement/Information Sought: Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement, which shall include documentation of the ability to perform the tasks listed in the Statement of Work, as well as information on previous successfully completed contracts for the same type of work. Please note that capability statements that only include marketing material will not be considered or reviewed. � The respondent must also provide their DUNS number, organization name, address, points of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., 8(a), HubZone, etc., pursuant to the applicable NAICS code), and any other information that may be helpful in developing or finalizing the acquisition requirements. Please limit your responses to five (5) pages. All responses to this notice must be submitted electronically. Facsimile responses will not be accepted.
