NO AWARD will be made from this Sources Sought Notice. This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for market research purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and FAR 15.201(e) to determine the availability and technical capabilities of qualified sources. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award.
