Description: This solicitation is to procure Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) supplies and services, to include software development, software integration/installation, developmental testing and training in support of the C5M aircraft. The Contractor (independently and not as an agent of the Government) shall provide Support and Sustainment to the Government as identified in the solicitation and the attachments. Performance shall be in accordance with all provisions and specifications as stipulated herein.
