- Medical Gas Testing services for Minneapolis VA Health Care System. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26324Q0255 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is a total SDVOSB set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the Vendor Information Page (VIP) at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov). Additionally, prospective offers must be registered in the https://dsbs.sba.gov database. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 238990 with a size standard of $19 million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide services to the Minneapolis Health Care System, One Veterans Dr., Minneapolis, MN 55417. The period of performance is 3-15-2024 to 3-14-2024 for the base year period of performance. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by 1:00 pm on 2/12/2024. Quotes are required to be emailed to robert.bennett8@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time.
