- Description
- NASA Headquarters has a requirement for Communique environment licenses and associated services for its enterprise-grade, cloud-based, virtual conference, and event platform. NASA Shared Services Center intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Communique Conferencing, Inc 8120 Woodmont Ave. Bethesda, MD 20814 under the authority of FAR 13.501(a).� It has been determined that Communique Conferencing, Inc is the sole provider of this requirement. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Caitlin.M.Poulton@nasa.gov not later than 4:00 PM ET on February 02, 2024.� Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.� A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
