General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: AL City: Mobile Delineated Area: North: Airport Boulevard West: Downtowner Boulevard South: Michael Boulevard to Pleasant Valley Road to West Interstate 65 Service Road East: West Interstate 65 Service Road Minimum�Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,591 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,600 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Minimum of 300.00 ABOA space for Laboratory & Clinic Minimum of 75.00 ABOA space for General Storage Minimum of 80.00 ABOA space for Automated Data Processing Minimum of 90.00 ABOA space for public facing lobby/waiting area� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2- percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense 10/2023 Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Mobile, AL, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
