Description: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, INVITATION FOR BID (IFB), REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ), OR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP).ï¿½ The goal of this sources soughtï¿½notice is to gain knowledge of potential small business sources for this project.ï¿½ This notice is for planning purposes only.ï¿½ All interested parties should respond.ï¿½ The 122d Fighter Wing (122FW), Indiana Air National Guard (IN ANG) located at 3005 W. Ferguson Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809 intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract to perform Type A (Investigative) and Type B (Design) A-E services for construction of a Hydrazine Storage Area at the 122FW.ï¿½ï¿½The scope is 19 SM (200 SF). A-E services will be provided utilizing ANGETL 10-03, Air National Guard Design Objectives and Procedures (Tab C).ï¿½ Subject project shall be designed in accordance with ANGETL 15-01-01, Sustainable design, Development and Resource Conservation. The project is classified as ANG Category of Work, General construction, with a sustainable design goal of ANG Meritable.ï¿½ The project shall not be registered with U.S. Green Building Council or Green Business Certification, Inc.ï¿½ Designer may use ANG scoresheet v2010(1) or current USGBC scorecard as method to document achievable elements.ï¿½ Design considerations must be compliant with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and the Air National Guard Handbook (ANGH) 32-1084 template.ï¿½ Work done to building support systems will require functionality tests, operation and maintenance training, and commissioning.ï¿½ The facility design shall be based on the government prepared concept to include providing drawings such as building floor plans and elevations. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing via a single PDF, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a capability statement as a prime contractor no later than 15 Feb 2024 at 12:00PM EST.ï¿½ CAPABILITY STATEMENT TO SHOW INTEREST AND INTENT: Respondents interested in performing the proposed project as a prime contractor should submit a capability statement for consideration that includes the following: A.ï¿½Offerorï¿½s name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses B. UEI and CAGE Code C. Socio-econoic status under NAICS Code: 541310 D. Statement of Capability (SOC) stating your skills, experience, and knowledge to perform the specified type of work as described above.ï¿½ This SOC should be a brief description of your companyï¿½s capability.ï¿½ Include a statement detailing any special qualifications and certifications, applicable to the scope of this project, held by your firm and/or in-house personnel. E.ï¿½Indicate whether your company will perform the work directly or intends to subcontract the work.ï¿½ If subcontracting, identify the percentage of work to be subcontracted.ï¿½ Identify the percentage of work your firm may be capable of directly performing. F. Please indicate whether your firm will submit an offer for this project. G. Any other information that would assist in determining your company's capability in performing the described work.
