Description

�The solicitation W912NR-24-R-0006 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).� This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial service in accordance with FAR Part 12-Acquistion of Commercial Items.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 effective 22 December 2023. This procurement is solicited as a small business set aside.� The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561320- Temporary Help Services and the small business size standard is $30.0 million. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded using trade off procedures where technical and past performance combine are more important than price. �Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (quoted will be checked for technical acceptableness based on the requirement and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. The offeror shall return the completed provision (52.204-24) and return with proposal. Interested offeror must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) to be considered for award.� The Louisiana Army National Guard CERP has a requirement for role players, lodging and meals for a Sustainment Year Collective Training Exercise in Zachary, La� 70791� 5-8 March 2024.� See the attached W912NR24R0006, PWS and table 7.4.� This is an all or none award. all questions must be submitted in writing in accordance with the below criteria. PROPOSAL GUIDANCE Proposal� shall be emailed to lavon.d.wilson.mil@army.mil and crystal.l.stiles2.civ@army.mil NLT 15 February 2024� AT 10:00 AM (CST).� The initial question period will end 12 February 2024 at 2:00PM (CST).
