Description

This is a�NOTICE OF INTENT�for the Government to award a Sole Source contract for Water Treatment Maintenance Services.� The project will include Preventive Maintenance Services on Chillers and Pumps. The estimated period of performance is 48 months. This contract will be under NAICS code 238220 to Johnson Controls�BAS, LLC. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation,�FAR 13.106(b) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901�-Contracting officers�may�solicit from one source if the�contracting officer�determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).� For this requirement,�Aslan Technologies Inc.�is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.� This service will be provided in Accra.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department.
