Description THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This announcement constitutes a PRE-SOLICITATION notice IAW FAR Subpart 5.2. This PRE-SOLICITATION is for M6785424R8000. On or about 21 February 2024, Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Training Systems intends to issue a solicitation for �Trackless Mobile Infantry Targets (TMIT)�. The solicitation will close on or about 1 April 2024 by 2:00 PM EST. This solicitation will be a Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR Subpart 6.203. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of this requirement includes but is not limited to, the following: �� Supporting Marine Corps training with TMITs capable of moving on a training range within established geographic boundaries to ensure safety, and to present shooters with realistic, moving threats on live-fire ranges and training areas used by the Marine Corps. �� Providing TMIT system operations and pre and post exercise support for Marine Corps training. �� Providing data to training audiences for After Action Reviews (AARs). �� Creating (new) or modifying (existing) TMIT training scenarios. �� Developing TMIT training concepts. �� Supporting live-fire and non-live fire training events with TMITs so that military personnel can evaluate the skills of individuals, leaders, teams, and units, and sustain operational readiness. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 611519 - Other Technical and Trade Schools, with a size standard of $21 Million. Please be advised of on-line registration requirements in the System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update.
