****THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION**** THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE ALBANY VA MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED AT 113 HOLLAND AVE ALBANY, NY 12208 WILL BE POSTING A SOLICITATION ON OR ABOUT FEBRUARY 22, 2024, FOR THE FISHER HOUSE PAINT RENOVATION PROJECT. The Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military & veteran families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in the hospital. These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world. Fisher House at Samuel S. Stratton VAMC is currently seeking a Contractor who shall provide all labor, materials, and travel to renovate seven (7) bedrooms. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238320. The small business standard is $19 Million. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation. Solicitation materials consisting of the Information for Bid Details, Specifications, Drawings and Contract Forms will be available on https://beta.sam.gov in electronic format only.
