Description
The Air Force intends to solicit the following service: 76th CMXG request a service contract for acquisition for American Robot Renewal. This requirement must have the following specifications: The Contractor shall calibrate, and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM)/Over & Above Maintenance (O&A) to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications for the equipment listed in Appendix A. 1.1 Scope: �The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the preventative maintenance on the Robotic Arm Range on-base and off-base for the Oklahoma City�Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix A/GFP attachment. 1.3.1. The Contractor shall perform repairs to the system if the unit requires repair after being PM. The Contractor shall calibrate the system after PM and repairs have been completed. The Contractor shall provide to the Government an itemized estimated of repair cost for the Government�s approval before the Contractor would proceed any further. The Government shall have the right to negotiate or refuse any recommended repairs. 1.3.2. Upon approval of the repair estimate by the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contractor shall begin the approved repair work. The requested services will be performed on-site. 1.4 Preventive Maintenance (PM): The objective of PM is to protect the equipment capability and investment by removing causes of failure, performing routine maintenance and providing adjustment to compensate for normal wear before failure occurs.� The Contractor shall perform all PM�s IAW the OEM specifications.� The Contractor shall perform one (1) PM per year on each item listed in Appendix A.� The Contractor shall provide a copy of the PM schedule to the Government Point of Contact (GPOC) within ten (10) business days after contract award.� The Contractor shall notify the GPOC seven (7) business days prior to each scheduled PM visit. Contractor shall provide unlimited telephone and email service for the duration of the contract and respond within one (1) day of receiving a request for assistance from the Government Point of Contact (GPOC).
