Description

This is a notice of intent, not a request for proposals.� A solicitation document will not be issued, and proposals will not be requested. HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract of multi-well (MSNU03050 and MSGVN2250) extraction plates from EMD Millipore Corporation, 25760 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1257, for use by BioWatch laboratories located across the country.� The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05. This action is under the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 253(c) (3)(B) as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within seven�(7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any response should be emailed to contract specialist at leslie.lucas@psc.hhs.gov by 9 a.m. February 28, 2024.
