Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T-24-Q-0007 and is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP).� It is noted that this procurement is being advertised on a competitive basis as a result of the statements received in response to the original pre-solicitaiton notice.� The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) requires services to derive DNA sequence data for a suite of environmental DNA projects that survey for endangered, at-risk and invasive species and whole community biodiversity on military and related lands.� Please reference the attached written RFQ for a full description of the requirement and all applicable provisions and clauses. **As of 8 Feb 2024, this solicitation is being reopened with ammendedment 2 and an updated Q&A document being added.**� Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time above to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
