Description

The Indian Health Service, SRSU, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for the procurement of Services for the Collection and Disposal Services of Infectious Medical Waste and Pharmaceutical Waste for the Four Corners Regional Health Center, Housekeeping Department. Located at HCR 6100, US Hwy 160 & Route 35 � Red Mesa, Teec Nos Pos, Arizona. � The anticipated Period of Performance will be 12 consecutive months from the Date of Award. �The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 56221 � Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal with a small business size standard of $47.0M. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1482829 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by June 6,2023.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the governments need outlined in the equipment specifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by Tuesday, February 20, 2024.� The acquisition is set-aside as Small Business.
