- DESCRIPTION:� This Sources Sought notice (SSN) is in support of Market Research to identify qualified sources that are currently registered in SAM that have the capability to fully staff, transport, furnish instructional materials and supplies, and provide American English Language Training in accordance with (IAW) Defense Language Institute (DLI) standards to Foreign Military students in preparation for United States (U.S.) Military school attendance. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 611630 Language Schools. Background: Students of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of the National Guard (MNG) require a high level of English proficiency for military training attendance of United States (U.S.) Military Schools. The MNG has requested the U.S. Office of the Program Manager-Saudi Arabia National Guard (OPM-SANG) to establish an English Language Training (ELT) Program at one of the MNG�s Military Facilities within the Khasm Al-Aan military complex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ELT program will provide American English Language and communication instruction, training, and testing to increase language proficiency of Saudi Military Students (SMS) in preparation for U.S. Military school attendance. This effort will be performed for an estimated 150 SMS with possibility to increase up-to 250 SMS. The anticipated commercial contract will be competed Full & Open and is anticipated to have one base year and four option years. Source Sought notice (SSN) Information Request: All potential vendors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be registered as a potential source. Firms that posses the ability and can produce the required services described in the attached draft PWS are encouraged to identify themselves. Only those responders that can meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice: 1. Entity is capable of meeting ALL specifications outlined in the attached draft PWS document. 2. Entity has an active CAGE Code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). 3. Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List Responses should include the following information: a. Company Name and CAGE Code as reflected in its current SAM Registration, and Tax Identification Number (TIN) b. Point of Contact (POC) (Name, telephone number, email address, street address) 4. Company�s Capabilities: a. Provide a brief description of prior experience/contracts performed similar to this requirement. Please include contract number if applicable. b. Provide a statement of capability to prepare and maintain a Work Plan that satisfies all requirements of the draft PWS. Please provide a complete response to both questions above in a document no longer than 5 pages. Please feel free to offer any constructive comments, innovate ideas, best industry practices, or acquisition streamlining ideas that might enhance this potential effort. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be released on https://sam.gov. Interested parties are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought notice (SSN) by Friday, February 23, 2024, 05:00PM EST.
