- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy.� As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. Required item(s) listed below: 1.) 38.1 mm diameter UVFS plano convex lens, 792.23 mm ROC = Qty 5 2.) 38.1 mm diameter UVFS plano convex lens, 1485.65 mm ROC. = Qty 10 3.) 38.1 mm diameter UVFS plano convex lens, 2900.61 mm ROC. = Qty 9 4.) 38.1 mm diameter UVFS plano convex lens, 3397.35 mm ROC. = Qty 5 5.) 38.1 mm diameter UVFS plano convex lens, 4370 mm ROC. = Qty 5 6.) 38.1 mm diameter UVFS plano convex lens, 2167.91 mm ROC. = Qty 5 7.) 38.1 mm diameter UVFS plano convex lens, 3888.00 mm ROC. = Qty 5 8.) 38.1 mm UVFS plano convex lens, 1011.58 mm ROC. = Qty 14 Technical evaluation criteria are as follows: Lenses manufactured out of Corning 7980 grade 0-F glass or from equal or better equivalent Lenses will be 1.5 inches (38.1 mm) in diameter with standard industry tolerances on the diameter The radius of curvature tolerance will be measured to be less than +/- 0.5% of the focal lengths up to 4 meters and +/- 1% of the focal length beyond 4 meters The lens radius of curvature values shall be within 1 percent or better from those specified in the requirements The lead time shall be 10 weeks or less ARO Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted. Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Tecnically Acceptable Method. Please provide a price and lead time quotation by COB�� Feb. 26, 2024. Send quote to kcoh@SLAC.stanford.edu. If possible, please provide a link to your webpage for published price list to substantiate for the prices quoted. The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis.
