Description
This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, which includes a one Year Base period with four one-year option periods for NSN 5306-014213191. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this contract is 77. �The maximum quantity of the contract is 308 and applies to all the base and option periods combined. The part being procured is, Bolt Machine. The Current Source for this NSN is SPS TECHNOLOGIES (56878) AND BOEING (81205), IAW P/N: 66-4002-503. The required delivery schedule is 744 days. �This item has been identified as Critical Safety item. �FOB Origin Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond currently does not have approved technical data package available for this NSN. If any non-OEM source is interested in this NSN, please notify the Contracting O?icer prior to the synopsis closing date. Surplus dealers are also invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. (Note: Other Aviation sites will provide their equivalent surplus clause, as applicable). Responses to this announcement from other than the OEM should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period as identified. In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein and SBA PCR (anne.mastrincola@dla.mil). The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
