Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies are capable of meeting the qualification requirements for the following item: �NSN 1560-009492087, Adapter, Pressure Fu, Specification Number SPEC NR MIL-A-25896E NOT 3, part number MS24484-5. The current qualified sources are Griswold Industries (Cage 86184) and Eaton Corporation (Cage 0DT23).� THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only. �This is not a request for an offer. �This does not constitute as a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. �Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. �No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. �Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. If your company is interested in meeting the qualification requirement, contact buyer ryan.loeffelholz@dla.mil �The buyer will coordinate with the product specialist for information on meeting the standards specified. NOTE: Contracting Officer is not required to delay a solicitation or award pending any potential qualification process.
