This Other Transaction for Prototype Project (OTFPP) program solicitation is being released to develop and establish a THREAT INTELLIGENCE ENTERPRISE SERVICES (TIES) CYBERSECURITY THREAT INTELLIGENCE (CTI) PLATFORM�CTI platform�Minimum Viable Product (MVP).� Please review the full announcement, to include the four (4) attachments named below, for a clear and concise description of government's needs.�� 70RCSJ24R00000010_OTFPP TIES Program Solicitation Attachment A - TIES Technical Requirements Document (TRD) Attachment B - CTI Driven Incident Response and Persistent Threat Hunting Use Cases Attachment C - Draft TIES Statement of Work � Questions relating to this solicitation are due no later than 9:00 am on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.� The government anticipates responding to questions within 7 business days. Written solution briefs ONLY as described in section 3.3 of this solicitation must be submitted electronically by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, March 4, 2024.
