Applicable NAICS is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $45.0M. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Vendors shall complete blocks 14, 15, 17 (if applicable), 19, and 20 A-C of this form. Vendors are required to be in an 'Active' status in SAM.gov at time of proposal submission IAW FAR 52.204-7. Amendment 1 with Questions and Answers has been uploaded.� Offeror must acknowledge any amendments in their proposal.
