- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Department ofInterior / Bureau of Reclamation in Upper Colorado Basin is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number ofqualified Small Businesses, (i.e.,small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business) to set aside a Firm Fixed Price contract. Large businesses are allowed to submit a capability statement as well. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. FI Flowmeter; Please see Salient Characteristics attached. All interested contractors who can meet the requirements stated within the salient characteristics should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities statements and indicate which small business categoryfor which they qualify to the Contracting Officer, Ana Fife at afife@usbr.gov and Contract Specialist, Tamaron Calloway at tcalloway@usbr.gov, no later than 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), February 29, 2024. Please also state whether or not this product is available on a GSA Schedule. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NAICS Code 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, is applicable to this acquisition, and the size standard for a contractor is 750 employees. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 , required registration in the System Award Management System (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
