Description: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Specialized Laboratory Testing Services in the Continental United States (CONUS) with the intent to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple vendors. The BPA will be for a one-year period of performance from April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025, with orders placed on an as needed basis. Refrence the attached solicatation and attachments.
