Description: This requirement is for ESS technical support to provide service, maintenance, installation, and surge capability of electronic security systems including access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and closed-circuit television. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information obtained from possible sources as a result of this synopsis. The information given herein is subject to change and does not obligate the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government makes no commitment to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be liable for any funds expended by interested parties prior to the award of a contract for the effort described above. A written solicitation is forthcoming and will be published on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov.� It is the responsibility of the contractor to continually monitor the website for the solicitation and any amendments.� Vendors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the SAM database.� Contractors must ensure annual representations and certifications are current.� All prospective offerors interested in submitting quotes must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) This announcement serves as the Advance Notice for this project.
